The Finegreen Group are currently supporting Compass in the recruitment of an Assistant Director – Specialist Services.  This is an outstanding opportunity to join a forward thinking, progressive organisation, who are helping to transform the way health and social care services are delivered in order to create healthier lives and safer communities.

Compass works in communities currently within the Midlands, Yorkshire and London, providing innovative and integrated health and wellbeing services for children, young people and adults. Their Specialist directorate is made up of pioneering risk-taking behaviour and early help services for vulnerable children and young people/adults, and specialist substance misuse services for young people and adults.

Compass are currently seeking to appoint an Assistant Director – Specialist Services. The opportunity offers an exciting mix of strategic leadership, operational delivery, partnership and model development. As a member of the senior management team, you will work alongside highly committed colleagues, bringing strong leadership, drive and passion to play an integral role in delivering the organisation’s strategic aims.

You will have senior management experience within community-based health and wellbeing services for children, young people and adults. You will foster a transformative and solution focused approach, working with other senior managers and topic experts to find innovative solutions to complex health and social problems.

With highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills you will be able to motivate and inspire your team to exceed objectives and strive for excellence and develop long lasting partnerships. You will be creative in identifying and developing the right opportunities for innovation, development and growth and will have a track record in building successful relationships with key stakeholders and writing bids to secure new business.
