Home Turnaround Manager - Resedential Care

My client is an independent care group specialising in the provision of care for people in the elderly care and dementia space.

They have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Home Turnaround Manager to work with the senior management team of the business on significantly improving the standard of care and running of a residential care home. You will ensure the highest standards of care are achieved and that staff are well motivated, trained and clear on what is expected of them from the regulator and their service users. This is a sizeable residential home and experince running a similar sized (80+ beds) would be highly desirable.

The successful candidate will need experience of managing and running residential care services for the elderly, although similar service experience may be considered. You will be a nurse by background RGN, RMN or RNLD will all be considered. You will be used to managing teams and have specific experience of turning around poorly performing residential care services. My client also needs someone used to working with regulatory bodies such as the CQC and safeguarding groups to implement improvment plans with referecne to 'Safe' and 'Well Led'.
