Job Details
Main Responsibilities:
- A key member of the Divisional Team and will contribute to ensuring the operational performance of the Division on a day to day basis, delivering safe, effective efficient service to patients;
- Responsible for the management of local and national access targets and supporting the Directorates in delivering people, performance and financial objectives whilst improving the operational effectiveness of the Division;
- Play a vital role in supporting the Senior Team in developing and implementing the Divisional strategy in line with the Trust’s vision, values and strategic goals;
- Assist the Senior Team in operational planning, compliance with targets and performance standards, supporting the Directorates in delivering people, performance and financial objectives whilst improving the operational effectiveness of the Division.
- Previous successful management experience at a senior level within the NHS;
- Highly developed leadership and organisational skills
- Highly developed specialist knowledge of NHS policy, health sector practices and functions of NHS provider organisations and current targets in place.
