Head of IT and Business Solutions

My client is a specialist registered charity caring for young people across the country facing serious health challenges.

They have a really interesting opportunity for a Head of IT and Systems who can provide strong leadership and management to the team following a period of change and a restructure. They are also about to enter their next period of strategic planning and feel the existing IT team and the LST need additional support during this exciting time. My client needs someone able to lead on strategic plans around data, IT infrastructure and also specifically SharePoint. You will also be responsible for the line management of the two main leaders in IT and Business Solutions.

My client is looking for a leader able to support 'up and down' the charity. On the one hand offering support and guidance to the two mangers in the team and on the other, providing strategic guidance to the SLT around the future shape and structure of IT operations and how best to use data to make better decisions and deliver improved outcomes to those they support.

My client requires someone who has worked in a similar role before with specific experience in the not for profit and charitable sectors. You will have extensive experience of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint as well as having led on the development of security platforms before. My client is also looking for someone with knowledge of MS Azure, MFA, SharePoint and general infrastructure and telco solutions.
