The Challenge

The Trust is currently going through a management restructure and they have someone off on maternity leave. They therefore need an interim manager to provide stability and keep the wheels turning and oversee the 18-week performance.

The Role

Deputy Divisional Manager reporting to Associate Director of Operations

Interim assignment - 6 months

Full-time - 5 days per week

Band 8a

Immediate start to cover maternity leave

The Job

Full operational management to the surgical division and provide oversight for Theatres

Manage PTL and maintain 18-week position

Support the delivery of the divisions CIP programme

Manage a small operational team

The Person

Experience in operational management at a Band 8a level

Proven track record of delivering performance targets - 18 weeks

Hands on, able to work at pace

Personalable with good communications skills

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent clinical engagement skills
