Director of Infection Control

My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging acute healthcare services to individuals throughout the UK.

They have an interesting opportunity for an interim manager who understands infection control, risk, compliance and governance. A nursing background may be advantageous it is not essential, whereas a solid understanding of infection control protocols and H&S is vital. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in governance, risk and compliance (in acute private hospitals ideally) to work with a well-regarded and forward-thinking organisation.

My client requires someone who is happy to travel between sites and undertake quality audits and reviews to ensure safety is maintained throughout the organisation's services. You will also be used to producing precise and well written reports and presenting them to very senior stakeholders. You will also be a team player with a conscientious attitude and a good sense of humour.
