Interim Service Mobilisation Manager

My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging services including primary care.

They have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Project Manager to work on the mobilisation of a newly won service. The successful candidate will need experience of mobilising a new and relevant areas could include primary care, urgent care or a community-based service. You need to have worked on multi-site service roll outs that involve complex stakeholders and ideally a large geographical area.

The successful candidate must have project management experience gained either within the NHS or ideally with independent healthcare providers in conjunction with the NHS. A deep understanding of project mobilisation is essential as is experience of forging successful relationships with CCGs and third parties. In addition to the above it is important for this person to be a strong relationship builder that can get on with the job in hand independently. It is also vital that you have experience using project management methodology and are able to produce project plans and regularly report on real time progress to internal and external stakeholders.

The daily rate is between £380 to £390pd outside IR35 and the assignment will run for a minimum of 3 to 6 months and requires an immediate start. If you have the required skills please contact Andrew Vaux on 01491 577122.
