Role: Quality Nurse Advisor
Location: West Midlands
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £325 per day (outside IR35)
We are working with an NHS organisation who are searching for a Quality Nurse Advisor to complete clinical quality monitoring tools and assessments for care homes. You will be responsible for ensuring that care homes are providing comprehensive quality outcome assessments.
You will need an understanding of Adult Safeguarding to link with CHC and Safeguarding teams, as well as demonstrating best practice with established audit trails.
To be successful you will need:
- Registered RGN or RMN
- Extensive knowledge of specialist areas such as continuing healthcare
- Understanding of current healthcare policy for quality and appreciate the implications across commissioning
- Ability to make decisions autonomously
