Quality and Improvement Manager - Nursing
My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging services including primary care.
They have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Quality and Improvement Manager to focus on improving nursing quality and professional standards across a nursing team delivering primary care services. The nursing teams are spread over a number of sites and each site will have its own culture and their own challenges around quality and standards. This is a vital role for this organisation as the strive to improve quality, although please note the nurses will not directly report into you but rather the Director of Nursing and Quality.
The successful candidate must be an experienced RGN (with a PIN) so as to have the standing with the nursing teams my client is looking for. They need someone who can demonstrate that they have improved nursing standards and practice before. You will ideally be 'Root Cause Analysis' (ROI) trained and if you have experience of 'Getting It Right First Time' (GIRFT) then this assignment would be ideal for you.
The daily rate is between £380 to £390pd outside IR35 and the assignment will run for a minimum of 3 to 6 months and requires an immediate start. If you have the required skills, please contact Andrew Vaux or Lorna Ridd on 01491 577122.
