Interim ICS Estates Project Manager

The Challenge
The ICS has several estates projects they are currently managing. They are looking to engage an interim to provide them with some grip, structure and options as well as progress delivery. The portfolio of projects cover primary and community care buildings.
The Role
Estate Project Manager
Interim assignment 3 months
5 days per week / some flexible working will be available
c£400pd
IR35 TBC
The Job
Provide grip to the portfolio of estates projects
Develop a PID for the refurbishment of a building
Develop an options appraisal for each project
Develop a robust timeline for each project
Work with the system partners
Represent the CCG to ensure they view and interests are included
