CYP Operations Manager - Integrated Care, NHS
A London based NHS Trust is looking for a CYP Operations Manager who will be responsible for the overall Operational delivery of the CYP Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Early years Speech Language Therapy (SLP) Service as well as being instrumental in reviewing and implementing improvements to improve the quality of the services. You will also look at how the services run from an integrated care perspective. This is a key role for the Trust and the Interim will have a real chance to make a difference improving services and outcomes for the patients.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience as an operational manager for children's services gained within the NHS
- Experience of improving the overall quality of a service
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Care / New Models of care across multi agency environments
- Excellent people skills
- Knowledge of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and SLP
