Job Details
To support the Patient Safety and Quality team on a fixed term contract for 4 – 6 months.
Band 7 – full time
Band 8a – part time, 3 days per week.
Main Responsibilities:
- The post holder will work in a team of 3 Governance professionals to support the Division with RCA, SI and the Risk Register;
- To support in improving the process and offer advice when needed;
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress and development;
- Extremely competent in writing and submitting reports.
- Must have extensive experience within Root Cause Analysis and Serious Incidents;
- Experience within the NHS;
- Knowledge of ongoing policies and procedures.
