Job Details
My client an NHS organisation based in the West Midlands are currently recruiting for a CHC Assessor for an initial 3 month period. The role is offered with some flexible working where possible, outside IR35 and on a full time basis. The successful candidate will have a current nursing qualification, demonstrable experience of community assessments/DST's and the National Framework.
Key Skills/Experience
- Demonstrable experience of CHC DST's/Assessments/reviews in the community/acute or care homes
- Excellent knowledge of the CHC national framework and its applications
- Knowledge of PUPoC and Fastrak assessments
- Access to your own transport and willing to travel
- Current NMC registration/qualification either RMN or RGN
