Lark Ward is on a very exciting journey of transformation and development. We recently opened our 10-bedded, mixed-sex ward, based at the Woodland Hospital, Ipswich, in September 2018 and are looking for a Ward Manager to lead our supportive and committed team.

We are looking for an energised individuals who will be excited to be part of something new and very special. We want creativity, innovative ideas and passion towards providing excellent patient care. If you want to make a difference in people’s lives and change it for the better than we want you to be part of our fantastic team!

The Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust are committed to Quality Improvement (QI) and have paired up with East London NHS Foundation Trust to train and develop our staff in the understanding of QI and how to implement this on our wards.

We have welcomed and embraced working with Quality Improvement and have been able to extend our network by attending National QI conferences which have helped to share learning and ideas with other NHS Trusts across the country. The Lark Ward Team have said, “These have been some of the best training opportunities we have ever had!”
