Quality Assurance Manager - Elderly Care x2
My client is an independent care group specialising in the provision of care for people in the elderly care and dementia care space.
They have an interesting opportunity for two experienced Quality Assurance Managers to work with my client's existing homes in the North, East Anglia and East Midlands. You will ensure the highest standards of care are achieved in all of their homes across the regions.
The successful candidate will need experience of using audit and assurance tools to assess the homes' in-line with the CQC's KLOEs. You will be used to working with experienced managers and teams to assess clinical and operational performance and developing reports in-line with your findings. This assignment does not need someone to develop a tool but rather use an established tool and process developed by the organization. Experience of working within the residential care space is highly desirable and will enable the interim consultant to hit the ground running.
The assignment will run for 3 months initially. My client requires an immediate start and is offering a rate of £200 to £220 a day - outside of IR35. If you have the required skills, please contact Andrew Vaux on 01491 577122.
