Project Manager - GP Practice Improvement

My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging services including primary care.

They have an opportunity for an experienced project manager who has specific experience of delivering improvement projects within GP surgeries. My client needs someone who understands the way surgeries operate and how to ensure internal operations and pathways are operating at their best. In addition to this some knowledge of PCNs is needed as is having worked on projects that remodel the workforce and improve ways of working.

The successful candidate must have project management experience gained in the primary care sector, ideally with specific reference to working with GPs and their practices. You will be an excellent relationship builder able to plan and execute complex improvement projects whilst also having the ability to articulate their benefits to busy primary care professionals. In addition to the above it is also important for this person to be comfortable managing projects from end to end - managing all aspects of the delivery and also the day to day management of project documentation and information. My client's preference is for a project manager used to working to in a Prince environment.

The assignment will run for 3 to 6 months and requires an immediate start. I have a daily rate of between £380 to £390 per day. If you have the required skills please contact Andrew Vaux on 01491 577122.
