n exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a healthcare organisation as a Risk, SI and Audit Governance Manager.

The position will be initially for 6 months, working 3 days per week.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The post holder with support Senior Management for Risk, Serious Incidents and Clinical Audit for multiple acute service lines;
  • Deliver DATIX training on site and provide analysis of incidents;
  • Reviewing organisational wide Risk Registers and deliver in-house Clinical Risk Management training;
  • To carry out RCA investigations and report writing;
  • Primarily responsible for pathway mapping incident management processes in each service;
  • Improving processes and ensuring the governance assurance framework is followed with closure of actions and compliance with regulatory standards;
  • Lead on recommendations for improvements and supporting the implementation of them.
A successful candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience working within Clinical Risk, Serious Incident Management and Audit within a healthcare setting;
  • Expert ability in the conducting of Clinical Audits also understanding of Risk Management processes;
  • Must have experience in Datix and RCA; ideally will have additional qualifications/training undertaking in these processes to support this;
  • Knowledge of above Policies and Procedures related to healthcare setting.
