Job Details
The Finegreen Group is working in partnership with a leading NHS provider organisation based in London that requires an experienced HR Advisor for a three month fixed term assignment commencing in October. This role is paying between £36,481 to £44,044 pa pro rata.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Provide advice on employment matters;
- Ensure the provision of advice to all managers within the Trust regarding all aspects of employment procedure for all categories of staff;
- Support the HR Manager and wider HR department;
- Support specified departments in the proactive management of sickness absence and support with complex absence cases or support the chair of sickness absence hearings as deemed appropriate.
- Ensure Trust policies on staff management are correctly and consistently applied and used by managers to improve the quality of employee relations throughout the organisation.
- Ensure that Trust policies and procedure are correctly followed and that all necessary documentation is completed properly and in a timely way.
- Educated to Degree level standard;
- CIPD qualification;
- Experience of working in an HR change and transformation role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
