Job Details
I am currently partnering with a large NHS organisation in the North West who are currently going through some exciting and innovative changes to support a better delivery of patient care and experience across their system.
They are currently looking for external support in the form of an Urgent Care Commissioner to deliver numerous diverse Projects, which include, the interface of NHS111, admission avoidance, tele-triage, Acute visiting services etc.
The right person will have extensive experience in Project management/Commissioning with recent impacts working within Urgent Care, Patient flow and Discharge.
