Interim Company Secretary

Practicus are partnering with a London acute trust and in the market for a Interim Company Secretary

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and self-motivating governance professional with strong minute-taking, report-writing and committee management skills, including excellent time management and forward planning abilities, reporting to the Chief Executive, you will take responsibility for a dedicated set of Board sub-committees. In addition, you will support the Council of Governors and its committees, including co-ordinating Council elections and providing assistance with the production of the Trust's Annual Report & Accounts.

The interim will provide highly efficient, professional and confidential secretariat support, and will have a sound understanding of corporate governance and latest best practice. Excellent IT and communication skills (oral and written) are essential, as is the ability to interface confidently with a wide range of individuals across the organisation.

RATE: £300.00 - £400.00 per day (Inside IR35)

START: 28/10 or 4/11

INTERVIEWS: W/C 21st October

DURATION: 6 months
