Practicus are partnering with a London based Trust who are urgently seeking an Interim Head of Recruitment, 8b.

This exciting role will include working with the HR Business Partner for Recruitment to plan, develop and execute the recruitment and workforce plans and will lead on developing, improving and speeding up recruitment systems, processes and support the delivery of a service improvement project to improve the customer service approach to recruitment internally within the Trust and the candidate experience.

The post holder will also provide expert HR advice where required including providing advice on Terms and Conditions of Service for employee forms and relevant employment law and legislation.

The successful candidate must;

• experience gain working within an NHS setting.
• A proven track record operating both strategically and operationally to provide innovative and creative solutions, in a fast paced and often challenging environment.
• be resilient and able to manage the recruitment department daily, ideally using a coaching/mentoring approach.

RATE: £275.00 - £300.00 per day (Inside IR35)

START: ASAP
