My client, an NHS organisation based in South East England, are currently recruiting for a Patients Experience and Complaints Manager for an initial 3 month period. The role is offered on a full time basis, with some flexibility around hours and the IR35 is TBC. The successful candidate will have a background in Patient Experience and Complaints management within an NHS organisation.

Key Skills/Experience 

Demonstrable experience within patient Experience and Complaints management/PALS
The ability to liaise with numerous partnerships, agencies and members of the public
Knowledge of Quality/Governance processes and procedures
Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills
NHS or Healthcare based experience is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
