There is excitement and optimism in the air but to make true change we need a Team Leader for the Youth Team in Great Yarmouth and Waveney.  Are you someone that is driven by the prospect of being able to provide a wonderful environment for your staff to work and a service that puts service users and carers at the centre of everything we do? If so then this post could be for you.  You will be given the power and support to think differently and creatively as well as being encouraged to support a bottom up approach to service development.

You will have the appropriate mental health qualification and the acquired credibility to lead and manage a team of practitioners and professionals who provide interventions and treatment to young people with a mental health issue.  You will be responsible for the daily operational management of the team and be accountable for its performance and quality of service delivery to the relevant operational manager. You will be a part of ongoing discussions to motivate and lead exciting changes to how services are accessed and delivered.
