We are looking for experienced and dynamic senior nurses to join our committed leadership team to continue our journey, to develop and deliver high quality Compassionate care. If you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge and the opportunity to enhance and develop your clinical and practice this could be for you?

The Dragonfly unit is a CAMHS Tier 4 Unit working with Young people aged 13-17. The Dragonfly Unit has experienced a lot of exciting changes - in 2018 we progressed from a 7 bedded unit to 12- and continue to develop the service we provide. We have introduced the Assistant Practitioner role, as well as changing/ increasing the provision of psychology and Systemic family therapy to optimise the care we offer.

The Charge Nurse role is an exciting and rewarding role offering a combination of direct clinical Leadership and management responsibilities.

We our keen to develop all our staff. In the last year we have seen some of Charge Nurses commence Systemic Family therapy training, Advance Nurse Practitioner training and been successful in becoming Deputy Ward Managers.
