Interim COO - Mental Health

My client is a specialist independent mental health provider with a growing portfolio of services.

They have an interesting opportunity for an Interim COO, who will be responsible for the operational running of the organisation's services and who will also have oversight of key quality, infrastructure and development projects. Reporting into the CEO, it is essential that you are an organised and hands -leader with an eye for quality improvement and strong commercial acumen.

My client would ideally like to see someone who has experience of running MH or LD services in a similar position of seniority - ideally high acuity. You will ensure the organisation's services are well led and commercially focused, whilst also providing the very best care possible for their service users. The successful candidate will have worked at a similar level previously and have had similar levels of responsibility as set out in this advert. It is also important you have worked with organisations preparing for CQC inspections, as one is imminent.
