Part-time role - 22.5 hours per week

As our HR Business Partner you’ll be confident in your ability to create people focused solutions by understanding analytics and having the curiosity to ask the ‘right’ questions. You will be able to use this evidence-base on a daily basis to create in-sight, impact and challenge. You will be highly self-motivate and energised in working autonomously as you partner your dedicated management teams to drive change, create value and make a positive impact in our Trust.

Using your people focused expertise and business acumen to build creditability, you will skillfully influence a range of stakeholders and create a positive and inclusive working relationship with all our people. A systematic and holistic approach to business partnering is key so that as a team we directly impact and improve organisational performance across our Trust.
