Job Details
The post holder will support the client’s customers towards safer, more efficient care by providing governance, risk and compliance tools that drive overall improvement and safety.
Main Responsibilities:
- The post holder will drive towards improving patient outcomes through learning from adverse events and near misses;
- Deliver DATIX training and provide analysis of incidents;
- Provide patient safety related best practice information and advice to clients;
- Keep up to date with patient safety best practice;
- Line manage the service delivery team of consultants and trainers;
- Provide regular status reports on Datix Cloud IQ projects to key stakeholders regarding deadlines, issues and risks;
- Always keep documentation up to date;
- Mentoring junior members of the professional services team in conjunction with the professional services manager.
- Must have knowledge and experience within the NHS industry and understanding of the organisation, specifically within Patient Safety;
- Ability to deliver training to others;
- Must have excellent communication skills;
- Passionate about patient safety;
- Confident in attending meetings with stakeholders;
- Lone working and using own initiative.
