Interim Quality Manager

Working within the nursing and quality team, you will provide hands on support in managing the local provider portfolio. Specifically this will involve establishing robust and effective quality mechanisms that deliver quality assurance, patient safety and meet the contract requirements for the area. This will include completing quality visits to providers, analysing data, building relationships across the patch and working collaboratively with the wider system.

The client is looking for an NHS experienced Quality Manager who has a detailed understanding of the quality agenda, assurance processes and the NHS standard contract. You will have previous experience in performance managing providers, ideally across the acute provider portfolio, ensuring they are meeting the quality standards. They are looking for someone who has exceptional analytical skills and can read and analyse data. You will be engaging, supportive, encouraging but above all able to challenge and lead. The client is looking for someone who will build quick relationships and drive improvement.

Rate - £300pd
