Interim Head of Corporate Governance

Practicus are partnering with a London CCG who urgently require an Interim Head of Corporate Governance band 8c.

This exciting role is responsible for leading and managing the governance function including committee services, Information Governance, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Emergency Planning, facilities management, Corporate Administration.

The successful candidate will provide effective joined up governance support to all directorates in the CCG and provide strategic and management leadership to all governance functions as well providing subject matter expertise and technical skills in relation to all governance matters that will enable positive relationships and partnerships with all key stakeholders.

Essential;

• Ability to communicate highly complicated matters such as statutory responsibilities, constitutional and legal matters clearly and concisely.
• Proven aptitude in establishing and develop excellent working relationships.
• Experience of working in an NHS Acute Trust, CCG or other healthcare delivery organisation.
• Strong organisational skills, in particular an ability to plan ahead, to be able to manage multiple meetings, and call for papers well ahead of time.

RATE: £400-425 Inside IR35

START: Immediate
