Job Details
I am currently partnered with an NHS organisation in the South West who is currently looking for someone to support the delivery of Patient Flow Improvement across a number of Community hospitals.
They are looking for someone who will not just create a project plan for delivery but roll up their sleeves, work with the discharge nurse and flow managers to help create a new service delivery.
If you have experience supporting new service implementation and have a background operationally within patient flow, then this may be the role for you.
