We’re looking to appoint an inspirational leader with Board level experience who can drive service transformation and optimisation of our services in line with our new strategic direction, designed to meet the health needs of our patients and their families….for a Better Bolton.

You will bring experience, drive, ambition, visibility and engaging leadership to the Trust and a true dedication to ensuring patients are at the heart of every decision  – each time, every time.

We have clear ambitions and know what we want to achieve but we need a Chief Executive who can guide and shape that journey so that we can truly be an excellent provider of health and care services, and a great place to work.

We can’t do that by ourselves and we need our new leader to be confident in leading systems change both locally and at Greater Manchester level, thriving on the challenge of working closely with partners to achieve new shared agendas. And we want someone who truly understands the importance we play in delivering wider community value – who can move us from excellent patient involvement to a wholly different relationship with our diverse communities.

We’re also looking for someone who will embody our Bolton Voice values, who will protect and cherish our sprit; lead in an inclusive way; making sure our already engaged workforce continues to be supported and cared-for, whilst demanding the highest quality of care and performance from everyone.
