We have an exciting opportunity to join and support our highly motivated Clinical Systems Team which prides itself on their ability to support services that provide patient care.

Clinical Systems Product Specialist (Support)

Grade I - £24,573- £28,040

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative individual who wants to join our Clinical Systems Support Team.  As part of a team you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining clinical systems, providing expert level SystmOne advice to both end users and colleagues; clinical systems are predominantly SystmOne Community and SystmOne Mental Health.

You will be a skilled and experienced member of the Information Technology function with the ability to perform tasks unsupervised but with appropriate technical support. You will be expected to have an enthusiasm for maintaining high quality services, have excellent IT skills and a commitment to provide excellent customer service. You will be a team player with a flexible attitude to your day to day work.

You will be assisting in the daily administration of the department and to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Clinical Systems Team and its development.  Experience of working within a systems, training or product specialist role would be advantageous.  Working within an NHS environment would be desirable but not essential.

For an informal discussion, please contact Lisa MacPhail on 01933 235840 or email lisa.macphail@nhft.nhs.uk.

Company

We are dedicated to making a positive difference and to providing care with compassion. We deliver many of the NHS services that are provided outside of hospital and in the community, including physical, mental health and speciality services. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. Our care extends to people in the community, as well as in hospitals and clinics. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools.

Our values make up the acronym PRIDE and our mission is ‘Making a difference for you, with you’. These are part of the roadmap for all we do.  You can see a helpful overview of our roadmap here.
