Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to join and support our highly regarded Clinical Change Team.
The role is a specialist role and its focus is upon the clinical benefit, safety and effectiveness of the technologies deployed to and used by NHFT clinical services.
Clinical Change Specialist
Grade J (£29,165 - £32,277)
As a highly motivated and organised individual you will join the IM&T clinical team to support the use of new technologies to enhance delivery of patient care and further develop the electronic shared patient record. Change management and facilitation skills will be essential to identify clinical risks in the deployment and use of health technologies and recommend ways to manage and/or mitigate those risks.
This secondment offers the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in the design, development and maintenance of the NHFT shared clinical record.
The post holder is required to hold a current registration to practice with the NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) or other appropriate professional body.
This is a 2 year full-time (37 hours) post. We would consider applications for flexible working including job share or 1 year secondments.
For an informal discussion, please contact Sarah Ratcliffe, Head of Clinical Systems and Governance on 01536 316216.
Company
We are dedicated to making a positive difference and to providing care with compassion. We deliver many of the NHS services that are provided outside of hospital and in the community, including physical, mental health and speciality services. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. Our care extends to people in the community, as well as in hospitals and clinics. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools.
Our values make up the acronym PRIDE and our mission is ‘Making a difference for you, with you’. These are part of the roadmap for all we do. You can see a helpful overview of our roadmap here.
