The Challenge

The organisation is looking for a qualified paediatric nurse to join the team to support the implementation of several recommendations following a paediatric critical care review earlier this year.

The Role

Interim Operational Delivery Manager - Paediatric Critical Care

Interim assignment for 6 months

Full-time - 5 days per week

Band 8b/c

Immediate start required

Flexible working available

Variety of office bases

Travel is required

Inside IR35

The Job

Support the delivery of internal and external projects

Implement the recommendations of the review

Work across the system to encourage collaborative working

Share and implement best practice

Provide specialist advice

Prepare strategic documents for directors

Analyse data and produce complex reports as needed

The Person

Qualified and Registered Paediatric Nurse

Qualified project manager

Experience in working strategically

Experience in working with multiple stakeholders / organisations

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding attention to detail

Proven track record of implementing best practice

Hands on, able to work at pace

Excellent organisational skills

Politically astute and aware
