To support us on this exciting journey we are now seeking to appoint an Associate Director of Performance. The key purpose of this role will be to work with operational teams and colleagues across the wider Trust, to drive improved performance and ensure the Trust meets and exceeds national targets and indicators.
You will be responsible for providing insightful and timely information which allows our clinical divisions to understand their relative performance and opportunities for improvement. You will also be required to hold colleagues to account for the delivery of key performance targets.
The role will require an individual with outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assimilate intricate data and translate this into meaningful information. You will work across the Trust to assess potential threats to performance, understanding and interpreting subtle trends to ensure risks are identified early and mitigated.
