Job Details
Pure Interims are consulting with an NHS organisation seeking an Interim Deputy Director for the Children’s and Family Community Service division for 3-6 Months.
Duties/Responsibilities
- The right candidate will provide senior leadership of day-to-day operational management, including finance and resource management, contributing to corporate objectives and divisional performance in meeting these
- Divisional lead for monitoring progress of the divisions annual Business Plan and Workforce Plan
- Lead responsibility for delivery across the Division of contractual performance including programme management in support of clinically-led service transformation, overall budgetary management and strategic development of partnerships and contestability and organisational development
- Work with stakeholders to ensure performance processes are embedded in clinical service delivery
- Lead the process of improving divisional productivity and efficiency, in support of the development of integrated pathways and service operating models to improve services and outcomes for patients whilst ensuring value for money, working within agreed business and financial frameworks
- Deputise for the Divisional Director as and when required
