Organisational Design Consultant - Allied Health

Practicus is currently working closely with an independent healthcare provider who is recruiting for an experienced operator with expertise in operational / organisational design with specific experience of reshaping the way allied health professionals deliver their services.

My client is looking for someone who has been innovative in delivering better ways for allied health professionals (OT, physio, dieticians etc) to support their colleagues in ensuring the best outcomes for those under their care.

My client requires a strong leader, who ideally has a background in mental health or social care, although experience in other health settings may be considered. If you have worked in a Mental Health Trust or an independent MH provider and delivered improved working models with AHP that have delivered better outcomes in a more cost-effective manner - this role is for you.

You will be someone who can take people with you, both through your positive engagement skills and also your ability to evidence the results that any proposed changes in delivery will provide.

My client requires an immediate start and is offering a rate of £450 to £480 a day outside of IR35 - the assignment would run for between 3 and 6 months.
