Interim Head of Midwifery

This is about driving new ways of working and developing the existing team to deliver excellence at every stage. By ensuring all Govnenace metrics are achieved and followed, ensuring CQC standards are met. This is a role that will suit a positive dynamic leader who can hit the ground running and sets high standards for themselves and those around them.

The successful candidate will have gravitas and be a credible hard-working midwife, you must be a registered and current Midwife to be considered for this position. The team are working hard and with your leadership, ideas and support they are confident in their ability to deliver sustainable improvements to maternity services.

Duration: 6 months

Rate: c£60-£70phr

IR35 - Inside

Location - South of England
