Improvement Manager - Theatres

My client is a leading acute independent hospital provider They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced Interim Improvement Manager with Theatres experience.

The successful candidate will need experience of managing and developing the commercial and operational processes of theatres with colleagues in the wider hospital. They need an expert in theatre management, but also someone who can work with colleagues throughout the hospital to improve process and efficiency.

The successful candidate must have theatre management and change experience gained either within the NHS or ideally within independent healthcare providers. An understanding of the acute surgical sector is essential as is experience of improving costs and efficiency, with particular reference to materials and stock management.
