Diversity and Inclusion
We are working with a large NHS employer in the South West of England which is seeking an interim with expertise in Diversity and Inclusion.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Organisational Development, this 6 month interim post will provide support whilst the organisation are recruiting a permanent member for the team. Some remote working is possible during this time, however it is anticipated that you will be on-site approx 3 days per week.
During this time you will be responsible for consistently ensuring that organisational diversity and Inclusion cultural improvements across the organisation are evaluated and opportunities are identified to implement D&I solutions to improve organisational culture and staff experience.
You will also ensure the continuation of the delivery of the Diversity and Inclusion strategy across the organisation: evaluating the effectiveness of the strategic plan to identify ways in which to improve KPI's and ensuring effective analysis of key data including the Workforce Race Equality scheme (WRES) and Workforce Disability Equality scheme (WDES).
This role involves planning and consulting with individuals and teams to solve organisational challenges together with the design and implementation of interventions which may include training with collaboration and communication with staff at all levels being a key part of the job.
