Are you and experienced General Manager - ED used to working at an 8a -b level?

Are you able to support the day to day management of the ED and associated flows?

Are you actively looking for your next interim assignment?

My client is looking for urgent interim support in relation to ED whilst they recruit to cover the role permanently. This is a senior operational role where your knowledge and experience will add value from day one.

You will take over the operational management of one of ED in this single site General Hospital.

The key will be to provide consistent and effective patient care over a busy winter period. The client is committed to delivering high standards of patient care over this period and the local exiting team is up for the challenge that winter 2020 is likely to bring.

You will ideally have experience of ED Urgent Care and Medicines services generally. A clinical background could be useful but is not required.

This is a high profile operational position where your ability to influence and lead a team that has been through a challenging period will be extremely important.

Interested candidates are asked to contact Mark Payne at Practicus as soon as possible as interviews are planned to take place over the next 7 days.
