As the Head of you will lead a small team of capacity managers ensuring patient flow is driven across the system daily across each locality. A clinical background would be an advantage but is not essential.

The interim will have a solid NHS operational background, ideally within site management, medicine or ED, and a proven track record of managing flow and capacity. This is a band 8c role therefore you will be able to work autonomously and manage a team affectively. This is a hands on role, therefore the Trust is not looking for someone strategic.

Daily rate: Band 8c

Duration: Initially 3 months

Start date: Monday 26th October
