An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, pro-active Recruitment & Resourcing Project Lead to join a South West NHS Acute Trust on an interim basis for 5 months.  The post-holder will be required to pro-actively assist in the development of a quality, effective recruitment process.

Role duties will include:
  • Assisting with the re-write and implementation of the Recruitment and Selection policy;
  • Reviewing the assessment processes and creating interview question banks;
  • The creation of training materials;
  • Training staff in selection and interview best practice.
A successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience developing and improving Recruitment & Resourcing practices, within a Healthcare environment;
  • A professional, customer-focused attitude;
  • Strong communication skills.
