A North West Trust has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated HR project manager for the position of interim HR Corporate Improvement Manager, for a period of 6 months.

Role duties will include:
  • The delivery of high quality and professional projects;
  • Working closely with services leads on the development of services within a fast developing organisation;
  • Providing advice to decision makers and stakeholders across departments, services or agencies;
  • Co-ordinating groups and assisting in complex projects.
A successful candidate will have:
  • Significant HR experience;
  • Demonstrable experience of managing large complex projects;
  • Experience of securing the provision of resources needed to deliver a change initiative.
  • Strong communication skills.
