Job Details
Main responsibilities of the role:
- To provide ER /operational HR / organisational development services across resourcing, medical staffing, service redesign, workforce remodelling and change management;
- Provide complex HR advice, support, job evaluation service, guidance, training and facilitation on a broad range of ER and other operational HR matters;
- Undertake ER casework, including complex disciplinary, sickness, grievance and performance manage casework;
- Support the HR Business Partners by providing relevant people-related intelligence from their Divisions, including exit interview and sickness absence data and themes from ER casework.
A successful candidate will have:
- Level 7 CIPD qualification;
- Strong employee relations background, within a healthcare provider.
