Job Details
This is a temporary post, and the post holder will be required to work on-site part-time.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- To provide specialist expertise and support with the engagement of staff across the organisation, due to the challenges of the COVID-19 second wave;
- To create and implement innovative OD interventions that will strengthen staff engagement;
- Expertly lead on a number of projects that are essential to the organisational development agenda;
- Manage a number of projects simultaneously, balancing quality and efficiency.
- Significant experience as a HR/OD professional, ideally within a NHS organisation;
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work collaboratively;
- The confidence to be comfortable communicating with people at all levels;
- Strong attention to detail.
