To be considered for this position you will have worked in a Senior Operational level previously and have extensive experience in ED, patient flow, capacity and all the KPIs. You will be passionate, personable, experienced in working in a fast pace and pressurised environment. In addition, they want someone engaging, dynamic and who will willing to get stuck in as needed.
You will be used to working under pressure, delivering results whilst being a hugely motivational leader. A proven track record of meeting the national A&E targets is needed, therefore recent experience in A&E is required. You will be able to evidence your experience in delivering cultural change.
Rate - £Band 8b
IR35 - Inside
Duration - 3 months
