We are working with an award winning NHS Trust in the South West who are seeking to engage an enthusiastic and qualified interim with the skills and experience to lead their Emergency Preparedness Resilience and Response provision for the next 6 months.
Ideally available to commence by mid December at the latest, you will have significant and current experience in EPRR in an NHS environment and strong evidence of delivering a self-managed workload and meeting deadlines in key projects within the last 18 months, together with evidence of strong personal characteristics of holding a reputation for engaging with colleagues, influencing and political astuteness. We are looking for an interim with the relevant knowledge, qualifications and experience in the health service that will engage with colleagues at all levels, across organisations to deliver statutory standards expected and to provide assurance where required.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the Trust meets its statutory obligations under the Civil Contingencies Act (2004) and complies with all relevant EPRR guidance for the NHS, including non-statutory guidance that accompanies the Civil Contingencies Act including business continuity and resilience preparedness.
This Band 8B assignment will be remunerated in line with the framework rate card and is Inside IR35.
