This opportunity is to support the development of the PMO function for this ICS (Integrated Care System) via one of their NHS Trusts. Challenges that include bringing in a consistent reporting system across the regions and a consistent approach to bid management.
This would suit a Project Manager who has already worked in a PMO function. The requirement to deal with a range of stakeholders means this person needs to have good emotional intelligence and persuasive qualities to keep the tasks in hand on track while having empathy of those with clinical responsibilities.
Essential skills & experience:
Preferably Project Management NHS sector experience
Experience of mapping with other partners
Preferably experience involved in implementing 'Single Front Door' gateways for bid management or similar setting
Good emotional intelligence
