Job Details
I'm working with an NHS organisation in the West Midlands who are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Manager for a period of up to 6 months.
This interim role will primarily support the Chief Nurse and Chief Officer by efficiently running the day to day corporate governance responsibilities, including complaints, FOI and the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, systems and strategies. This is an exciting time for the organisation as they are at a cruicial point in merger activity, so ensuring robust governance throughout will be key.
We're therefore seeking an experienced interim with a successful track record in Corporate Governance who can escalate and delegate when necessary and deliver at pace. Its vital that your experience includes supporting the production of the Annual Report, oversight of the Board Assurance Framework and Corporate Risk Register and experience of managing Complaints, FOI and Patient Experience. Experience of supporting emergency planning and merger projects would be highly regarded.
Covid working from home restrictions mean that this role is likely to be predominantly remote working, however a willingness to spend some time onsite in the West Midlands would be necessary when government restrictions allow.
